Getting ready to head to see spine surgeon. I am so nervous about what he will say. I tried to eat this am but no go. My stomach is in knots. gonna stop at the mall first and see if I can use my Victoria secrets coupon for a free panty! That will be a first for me (and my hubby)! I will keep u posted.

Me too! Im so glad now that I saved it all. I have 3 huge garbage bags full to give to goodwill.

Cant sleep again so I went through my clothes. I actually fit in some of my 18 jeans that I havent worn in 10 yrs or so! I had to go show my daughter. They were even loose in the legs and butt but still a little snug around the waist. By winter I will need all new clothes! Im so excited!

Thats what I had for two meals today too. I tried a yogurt and some beef jerky today but didnt finish it all. When I try to eat I just feel like I cant. I have a couple bits and I dont want anymore. I hope this ends soon cuz im sick of shakes too. I ordered some unflavored protein today so I have something not sweet!

I have a great and hard working man. He works massive hours and never complains.He helped raise the kids and doesnt drink or gamble. He is very supportive. BUT...his mom is here and is staying with us until December. He is eating this shit right up! I am not working so I usually make his meals for when he gets home. His mom has taken over and fixes him all his favorite things. He is now being waited on hand and foot by his mommy. He acts like a spoiled child. I told him to not get too used to this cuz it WILL NOT continue when shes gone!!

I had to be smoke free for 3 months before surgery. I had a nicotine test preop as well. I will admit that I took a puff two weeks ago and about puked! I am almost certain I will never smoke again. My kids would KILL me!

I love you guys but I really dont want to be in THAT club! but I guess we've been through everything else together, and there is no better group to be with!

Thanks so much. I am very nervous about seeing him. I DO NOT want to hear that I need surgery but am too big. I am tired of that! If he says to wait a month im ok with that cuz I can have another epidural if I need it before then. Thanks for your kindness and prayers!

Good for you! It may sound weird but I cant wait to be able to exercise some. I see the surgeon on Wednesday to find out whats up. I just really want this process over with! I used to do jazzercise and I LOVED it. That is something id like to do again.

Hardly ate anything today. I hate the humidity here. Makes me just wanna lay in bed and sleep. Did drink a ton of water and protein so im good there. Hoping to sleep tonight since I didnt last night!

Omg! That is alot from only one shower! I am so hoping this wont happen tk me! I was telling my 18 year old daughter about this today and she said, " why would u even have the surgery knowing that could happen??!!" She loves her hair- can you tell?? Hope it stops for you soo !
