Have a great birthday. My girls wanted to take me out for supper but I really wasnt in the mood for anything. We ended up eating scrambled eggs and refried beans at home and then went for some frozen yogurt. I had some sugar free strawberry with pretzels, cashews and mandarin oranges on it, which we ate sitting down by the lake. It gave me a HUGE stomachache! Not dumping I dont think, but not fun. So im now laying in bed trying to relax. Even though I am over 4 months out sometimes this whole thing is still hard. But sooooo worth the results!

I eat the taco without the shell most of the time but have had a soft shell and did fi e. I just cant eat the whole thing.

Way before surgery I started with crystal light packets or the cheaper store variety. Right after surgery I couldnt even stand the taste of them but now I like them again. Your tastes change after surgery but if you keep trying it may work. I also drink protein shakes. I never did like juices or plain water.

I was always heavier on the bottom but I have now evened out. My legs and butt are alot smaller and I am in proportion with the loss.

I eat it everyday! It is about the only meat I can eat without problem.

My fqmily is totally on board too. My son is having the sleeve in October and has lost over 90 on his own so far. My girls joined a gym yesterday and my hubby is watching his food as well. He needs to cuz he is diabetic. Makes it easier when everyone is on the same page! Hope you survived the night and are sleeping good now. We are having a thunderstorm and I cojld take a nice long nap.

So I am ONE pound short of my goal. Today is my 43rd birthday and I wanted to be down 100 lbs total. I am 241 today. I missed it by 1 lb but I will take it!

My surgeon said I had to or he wouldnt do the surgery. They check their patients for nicotine. Plus I have 3 adult children that would kill me! I also dont drink anymore and that was my HUGE downfall for smoking.

Had a very good day! Saw the surgeon and he said I was at a weight that he feels comfortable helping me! The team meets every Tuesday and then they will call with the plan of action. It may not be for a few months but he will do it so I am very happy. He said it is definitely a surgical problem and it wouldnt get any better no matter how much weight I lost! Didnt end up getting any sexy panties today. I feel my butt is still too big to pull it off but my daughter made a haul for her cancun trip. $330 worth of swimsuits for $100! They had a huge sale. Thanks for the compliments guys. You are all so kind! We are a rocking hot group!
