I was wondering where you were!! Dont get discouraged! You lost so fast at first if I remember correctly. Have you talked to the doctor? Are you getting your protein? You are ahead of the amount that I have lost so you are doing great. You may just be in a stall but from what ive read, you should continue to lose quite a bit yet. Stick with it my friend! This week i hit a big goal of 100 lbs lost total! I am now at 238. My next goal is ONEDERLAND! Can not even remember the last time I was there. 39 lbs to go!

Try the syntrax nectar cappuccino latte. I am on my second tub cuz I love it. It really tastes like cappuccino and I can not taste the protein at all. I order it from amazon. I also dont find it so sweet as some others.

This is what I take. It is four a day. They are chewables and taste good. Then I take my calcium citrate. I found them in a petite size so they are easy to swallow. I get them both at walgreens. [ATTACH]4911[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]4912[/ATTACH]

I was only on liquids the day before surgery. No 2 weeks for me and I had no bowel prep. The day before I did housework and laundry. I was exhausted when I went to bed but was so excited that I was up ALL night! When I got to the hospital I was so tired that I kept falling asleep during all of the preparations the nurses were doing. -

Got this from MFP. Country Club Unwich - Turkey, Ham, Provolone, Lettuce Wrap No Mayo (Jimmy John's) Serving Size: 1 Unwich, Calories: 231, Fat: 10.3g, Carbs: 5g, Protein: 30g. ( I actually had mayo! ) Guess it had more protein than I thought! -

I had a Jimmy Johns Unwich, which is a sub wrapped in lettuce. It was 27 gr of protein. I ate 1/2 and then finished it 3 hours later. Was so good and fresh. -
