    I for sure would and im gonna when I have my back surgery. If they arent able to accommodate my diet, I'll bring my own protein powder and yogurt. Dont know how hungry we will be after surgery though.

    We are here in Milwaukee for my son's sleeve surgery. He goes at 9am. He is all ready and in his heated paper gown waiting. No nerves at all, he just wants to get going!

    Housework and Packer game today. Tomorrow is my son's sleeve operation. He is very excited and ready to get it over with. He has lost over 100 on his own so I expect nothing but success from him. Please send your prayers for him that it goes smoothly! Thanks all. You guys are great!

    Lucky you. I cant have anymore before surgery IF I even ha e surgery. I still havent heard from the surgeon that I was referred to that is covered at 100% by insurance. I am getting so frustrated. Wod like to know if im having surgery in December or not. There is alot to get ready and figure out. If the new surgeon wont do the surgery, I'm gonna stay with the first one. Just wish I'd hear something so I know.

    Home from Texas! So good to be home. Got on the scale and weighed the same as the day we left; 228. Glad I didnt go up but thought it would be lower. Stalling lately and have been switching it up alittle but this trip threw me off. So glad to be home and eat the normal stuff and be able to drink without worrying about having to find rest stops! my back is horrible due to sitting in the car for sooo long. Hope everyone is good! ♥

    On the way home from texas. Stopped in Purcell Oklahoma for the night. Am so sick of being in a car and just want to get home. Am very anxious to step on the scale too. This is the longest ive been away from my scale! Have been eating ok foods but not nearly enough water of protein. Back to normal by sometime tomorrow night! Where is everyone? ?

    All is ok! We got to the house and its fine. Going to the casino tomorrow. I dont like them much but the mil does. Gonna spend 20 and no more. Maybe I'll win big!

    So here in Texas. It rained HEAVILY all day and they have flooding. We tried to get from my husbands aunts house back to his mothers and the roads are closed. No idea if her house got flooded and if our stuff is ok. On top of that we left at breakfast time and havent been back since. I didnt know we'd be gone all day so I have no protein or pain pills with me. Gonna be a long night I think.

    Hello all. 13 hrs into our drive. I am tired and my back is killing me but my husband insists on trying to drive the last 10 hrs straight! I may fly home!!
