1. Can walk and that's all. Still on no bending or twisting restrictions. With the weather I haven't been doing anything. I do my walk away the pounds Dvd some days but I want to get outside and go! I KNOW that would help the stall!
2. Hang in there! You CAN do it, just sit and think about why you want this surgery and how important it is for you to lose the weight and be healthy! We all have made mistakes and are human.

The dreaded STALL...

They say that even if the scale isn't moving, the inches will still drop. Don't know how that can be but it's true!
4. I need help losing. Been in this darn 3 lbs up or down for weeks. Gets very depressing! I'm gonna start logging tomorrow just to see where I am. I feel like I eat similar things everyday, always getting protein and water. Maybe actually seeing it in print will help! I was just saying to my husband how soon my nipples would be even with my belly button! He doesn't mind of course but the wrinkly, saggy skin is weird! My butt no longer bubbles but lays flat and is skin. My arms are the worse! I HATE them! They were always big but are now just floppy wobbly skin! My kids say I can wave 5 times with one flip of the arm! Brats!! I would still rather be this way than what I was before! You are not alone my friend!
5. How are you feeling today Krystal? Hope you are doing better. Thinking of you!
6. I've heard from others on here that the brain takes awhile to catch up. Congrats on your success! !
7. Hey at least we are honest!
8. I got mine at walgreens but I'm sure walmart would have them. They are petite so easier to swallow. Not very expensive either.

Game day!

I miss my Packers!
10. Ok here it goes! The first time i went out after gastric bypass (4-22-13), I went to a bar for dollar bottles. My friends and I used to go to this establishment every Tuesday night for this. Was a darn ritual, and very cheap night out! Since I had been feeling better post bypass and back surgery, I decided to say yes when a group texted me and asked me to join them. I hadn't drank in about 8 months at this point. I went out and drank beer which went down great, one after the other. I saw so many old friends and was having fun! My son picked me up at 8pm, the designated time. I don't remember getting into the house or sitting at the dining room table, and spitting on the floor for an hour trying not to puke. My daughter had turned 21 in July and I guess I resembled her after her big night out. Needless to say, I was very embarrassed at being seen this way by my kids and vowed to never do this again. I used to be able to drink like a professional and NEVER get sick but those days are long gone I quess! It's just not worth it. Now i have a few drinks and then remember that night and how i felt in the morning. No thanks!!

What ya eating tonight?

Yum! My son made some at Christmas and they set so good in my stomach. Now I'll have to have him make some more since you mentioned them!
13. Very true! We had our bodies rearranged, and lost a ton of weight which was great! But for me it caused a change if friendships and some isolation issues. I totally agree that meds and support system (like us) will help greatly!
14. I HATE when Dr's think that! You wouldn't have pain if something wasn't wrong! You had scar tissue so maybe there is something else wrong. Keep at them and find a second opinion. So sorry you are having trouble. Thinking of you! Hugs.

What did u put in it? Sounds yummy and tuna casserole used to be one of my favorite things.
16. Glad I'm not the only one who's stuck. Seems like alot of us are having that issue and also wanting to eat more. It's the curse I tell ya! Hope you get some help with the hair. Lucky that's one thing I never had a big issue with. Shed a little for a bit but now am good Good luck!
17. I'm so sorry you are feeling down Krystal. I definitely understand your pain as I deal with this myself. Have you sought any professional help? I am on an antidepressant which really helps most of the time. You have just gotten your body healthy, now time for your mind to follow. Please talk to someone and know that I am here to listen and help in any way I can. Thinking of you girl; stay strong my friend. ♥
18. I thought for sure I would but nope. I keep fluctuating between 210 and 208. Can't seem to break it. Wish I could do more walking but we have too much snow and I don't need to fall!! Tried my walk away the pounds video and just did the walking and not all the other stuff. Did it 2 times this week and went good so maybe that will help!
19. Hope you are doing ok. That is a seriously special gift she left you all and I hope it gives you some peace my friend. Hugs and much love!♥
20. Two weeks ago I had this same problem. Took miralax for 5 days and nothing happened! Tried mom too with nothing. Finally on day 8, yes day 8, I drank a bottle of magnesium citrate and 3 hours later it worked! It kept working and working for the entire day but at least I was cleaned out! LOL Since then no trouble. I don't understand why that happens since I basically eat the same things everyday. Good luck cuz it's no fun!
21. Hope you and your family are doing ok. I'm sure its been an awful week. Thinking of you my friend.
22. Must be the curse!!! Glad to know that I'm not alone in my struggle! Doesn't happen often for me and I'm glad! I love you guys!♥
23. I had 2 days like that last week! Never had happened before and was scary! Usually I'm not hungry at all and could care less if I eat. Hope it doesn't become a regular thing or I'll be in trouble!
