i took a bite of my husbands cheesecake last night and had a lolly pop at my sons baseball game yesterday.... No problems with anything so far, wish I did so I would not eat the sugar on occasion.... -

I had a side salad with ginger dressing and a little California roll...was craving sushi , had to try it...went down ok, will eat better tommorrow.... And work out again.... -

I am a size 12-14 m/lrg xl, for my chest is still pretty big 38 dd, and still want to lose 50 lbs, can not wait, till I do not have to think about the weight loss anymore...just the maintaining part....
