So I start my two week liquid diet I meet with the surgeon today and I start my WLS YouTube channel! This is gunna be a long two weeks! Turned my protein shakes into Popsicles lol I couldn't bare the taste of them being swallowed! -

Yes Turning your Protein Shake into a Popsicle was by far the best idea. You can literally sit and eat them I love them! So convient -
