Costco has a liquid brand called premier protein..i swear you dont even know your drinking a protein shake..they're delicious -
So I put a pair of old shorts on today that i had put away from a few years ago...I buttoned them, let go and THEY FELL TO THE GROUND! Right around the ankles!! I've lost 40lbs since my April 25, 2013 rny! Never been happier! ~Valerie

Ok, so i will be with a playgroup for my son and we will b going to applebees...im easting soft foods; tuna fish, chili, oatmeal,.... any suggestions on what to order? I wonder if therea a soup i can have...help! -

So, I have a rash on my neck cheek stomach and thigh. .. Going to call the doctor today. last night I read the bottle of carafate (the anti ulcer liquid I've been taking) and it does list A rash as possible side effect... Has this ever happened to anyone? valerie
