For a little over a week I have had a pain in my stomach after I eat or drink. My surgeon felt my stomach last week and said he did not feel an ulcer. I urge you to have your potassium checked! I was hospitalized or 4 days due to potassium deficiency and will tell you that the IV of potassium hurts like hell! You do not want to go thru this if you don't have to! Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk / surgery date March 5, 2013

A lot of times the sugar is not that much higher...but I too have found that the sugary items are just too sweet! Personally I eat so little I can't imagine it really makes much of a difference if you stay within your calorie goals. Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk / surgery date March 5, 2013 -

What Protein Shakes Do You Use?

Yes I do...I can't keep anything inside me at all. Surgery date was March 5, and so far have not found one Protein Drink that agrees me. Can't eat or drink anything at all. Lost almost 60lbs so far but that is from not eating or drinking. Needless to say I'm totally still in the buyers remorse stage. I don't know what to do to feel better.
