Yea i'm on the shot's for 3 weeks but i was getting all my fluids and food in just fine. They.said my other vitamins didn't have enough vitamin b1 in it so that's why i'm taking thiamine pills. they said taking the pill and injection(every other day) will bring my levels up. -

you know when I had my surgery I had to do a liquid diet for 3 weeks before my surgery and I lost 19 pounds and then I did my 3 weeks after my surgery. so my doctor had me on a liquid diet for a total of 6 weeks -

all I did was put foil on the barbecue, then started grilling the mushrooms face down for about 5 or 10 minutes. then you turn the mushroom over and put the artichoke hearts and fetta cheese inside the mushroom and let it go for another 10 to 15 minutes -

will see I take vitamin B 12 calcium multi vitamin vitamin D and iron and a multi vitamin they said I should be getting the vitamin B 1 from my other vitamins so there is no need but now I take that the vitamin B1 pill and injections -
Hello every one i am almost 3 months post op and I have lost about 84 pounds. I have recently had an issue with numbness in my lower stomach. When I called my surgon's office they sent me for emergency blood. They found out my Vitamin B1 levels were extremely low so they put me on vitamin B1 injections. Just want to know if anyone else has gone through anything like this. [ATTACH]2257[/ATTACH]
