Hi, I was banded last June, I have lost 50lbs. But I need help, I am going to get another fill on tuesday and I have not lost any weight. I am really struggling with head hunger. I know that I am a food addict, and I am going thru alot of stress right now. My parents are terminally ill, and it is draining. I have 7 kids, 3 of whom have special needs, from aspergers to adhd, and a lot of emotional trama. SOme days it sucks the life out of me. ANyway if anyone can offer words of wisdom or help please help me. It is depressing to not have success. Anna

I had 7.5ccs and had great restriction. One day I had none! Went to the Dr, He pulled out 4cc of fluid and 2.5cc of air??????????? Where the hell did the air come from? Anyway, he filled me to 5ccs and so far it is OK, not great but OK. I have a problem with head hunger, more than anything else. Night time is the worst~

Just an update, Iwent ot the Drs, and of the 7.5cc that I should have had in I only had 4cc's. ANd 2.5cc's of air. He then gave me 5cc's. And told me to come back in a month, instead of 3. So far so good! i lost the wt I had gained. ANd I hope this is the end of it.

I am now convinced that I have a leak. I was banded almost a year ago, and did well up to the second fill. I only lost 2lbs in three months.( I suspect it was 2lbs of tears). I was very upset, so they gave me a 1.5cc fill and I was doing ok. I did get almost everything stuck. Lost 7 lbs in 3 months. I went for my fill 10 days ago and because of my getting most meat stuck(of course the fact that I have 7 kids, dinner is not exactly peaceful for me). he only gave me 1/2cc. I waited the next day for my stomach to be sore, and I could eat anything I wanted, as fast as I wanted. I am now up 5lbs, eating like a horse. I am sure I have a leak, Thank you for all the info. I had a small fill 10 days ago. 1/2cc. Prior to that, I used to get stuck at least once a day, I tend to eat fast. Since this fill I have no resistence at all. I have gained 5lbs. I am so upset...........SHould I go back and do a couple days of liquids? Is the band leaking? call the doctor. can someone please help me. Thanks:sad_smile:

I am staying on plan today, because I feel like crap! I feel better metally as well as physically, when I am on Program.... And because my husband is beating me in our weight loss adventure..........

I keep hearing the term "Sweet spot" What does that mean???
