Hello, im wondering what can I do to jump start my weight loss again. Its been at a stand still for a month maybe two. Im in my last 60 pounds til my goal weight and its getting very frustrating. Can you guys give me some tips? Thanks!

Hello! My name is Airy and I have a question. I had Gastric Bypass Feb 21,2012 and as of today I am down 120 pounds. I have this fat flab on my stomach and arms and im getting so discouraged cause its not leaving. What are some things I can do to get rid of it? For this much time, has my loss been good or could it have been better? Please let me know! Thanks!

Thanks guys! I appreciate the encouragement. I feel great my health has inproved tremendously. I do get chaffed skin under my tummy at times and my breast. I just relocated from MI to GA and found a surgeon to take over my care. I see him on the 4th of Feb. and Im going to address the issues to him. I hear he is pretty good about the skin surgery recommendation so Im staying prayed up and faithful!!!!
