I have pcos too! Im 2 years post op and after my first 30 pounds I couldnt stop bleeding it was horrible! I was then put on birth control for 2 months and it helped regulate it!! But it was making me loca Lol so now im back to irregular period but I do get them more often then I did pre op!!x

I started eating them like 3 months out! 4 Weeks may be a little soon! But when your ready reduced fat wheat thins or triscuits worked for me just chew them really really good! Best of luck

I am a little biased on this my previous serious relationship got extremly jealous to the point where he said ”stop losing weight your gonna cheat on me” but he ended up being the cheater!! But now ive meet a guy who is super supportive and understanding were not together yet but it can work!! Regardless always do makes you happy and if someone truly loves and cares they will stick around through thick and thin (literally) Lol best of luck to u!!

My stomach is making noises as I type Lol but yes it happens to me all the time! Im in nursing school and from what ive learned its usually digestion or air that get caught your good

So im 2 years post op I had my surgery when I was 20! I lost 130 pounds and love it but the real issue lies in the boy problems I cant seem to find the confidence to put myself out there!! A year after my surgery I got in 2 horrible relationships were they cheated on me and in my head it automatically went too o it must be my weight! Any tips ladies? Wow only a week im excited for you!! It is such a major change just be aware that people get jealous I lost quite a few friends because.of it!! But u have to do what makes you happy never forget that!! if u ever have any questions let me know!! Im more then willing to answer

You will do amazing! I was 20 when I had my surgery and I remember not being able to sleep I was so nervous I even told my mom to call and cancel Lol just relax its the best decesion ever! Good luck
