    I've swapped addictions...

    Yep - I play with all my bones now!!! I touch my collarbones while I'm working and just feel them. Kindof funky :drool: I feel lots of different bones when I'm laying down at night. It's weird cause I can tell that they are shaped like they are supposed to be - just couldn't feel it before. My other obsession is feeling how much fat is left in various spots. Pulling, pinching, lifting etc. I truly don't expect perfection when I get done, but I can't leave various areas alone. I look at them constantly. sigh.

    I do protein shakes mostly right now because solids are a bit hard for me in the morning. When I can eat, I like to have Fiber One cereal, oatmeal, or eggs. wombat

    smilin-apple - I'm pretty tight right now - I ate 1/2 a meatball for dinner. Ok then I had a sugarfree fudge pop (yumm). Yep - the bad stuff still goes through pretty easy so I eat a little of the bad stuff to just help get my calories in. My current fill has gone through a third tightening (when I got it - couple of weeks later tightens up - and now tightened even more!!) never had that happen before. I know that we have to learn to listen to our bodies - and it's hard to always listen :thumbup: Since that last fill was so hard on you, you might ask for a tiny fill - maybe .25 or .5. Hugs and prayers for you!!! Yea Candy on getting a good fill!!! Everything is different with good restriction wombat

    woohoooo paragirl!!! That is fantastic!! :thumbup: I know the weight loss will help you feet tremendously!! I no longer have foot pain. I couldn't run if I wanted to before because of my arthritis. Hopefully that scar tissue will just keep working itself out and you will be a runner too!!!!! You are already on your way Bigbaby - went back and saw your pics!!! You are doing mahvelous dahling!!!!

    Yea Bigbaby!!! You are doing awesome!! It's amazing to look at how far we have progressed on this program!! I asked my sis today if she had started it yet. Said she did day 1 once - her lungs hurt for two days afterwards so she hasn't done it again. I remember day 1 and the gasping/heaving for air just for a 60 sec run!!! And look at us now!!!! Have you posted progress pics? I've looked at so many on the before/afters thread that I don't remember if I've run across yours or not :eek: I so love to put a face to the names on here!!

    Whosya - still jealous over FL!! Even if it's gorgeous here in TX today :eek: You guys are the greatest!!!!!!!!!!! I ran Week 5 day 3 - 20 minutes!!!!!!!! I was really unsure if I would make it but I did :cool2: Still did my sprint at the end - but started tiring out with 15 sec left - had to slow down right at the end. I knew I didn't have the energy for the sprint but tried it anyway. Have a great rest of the weekend! wombat
  11. Nurseamy - your tummy is FANTASTIC!!! Just beautiful :confused: I'm back on the fence about PS. I know I want it and I know I could see great results from my yucky tummy - and God knows the "twins" need lifting in a MAJOR way! Hmmm, maybe I should start sharing all y'alls success pictures w/ DH and he'd be more willing to get me some PS!!!! :hurray:

    Thanks Lulu and Whosya on the weight loss!! I get really frustrated when my scale doesn't move - grrrrrr. I know - the #(*#%&^ scale is evil and I can't stay off of it!! My new mantra - I'm gaining muscle - I'm gaining muscle - that's why I'm not losing weight. Oh yeah - I need some fairy dust ... Have fun skiing Lulu!! My DH wants to do snowboarding next time we go. Scares me a tad and NO way they are getting me on one. Last time I went (13 years ago) I fell down after the first trip up and had to be ski'd down in a body bag - nice. I'm hoping I'm a little more coordinated now so next time I won't hurt myself! wombat

    Went to the gym did 30min run and 45min spin class anyway. You did BOTH?!?!?! Good Lord!!!!! Oooooh, I'm jealous - running outside in FL ... sounds Heavenly :thumbup:

    Smaller Clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I love this shrinking thing!!! We should all be proud of ourselves for taking the step to changing our lives!! We are all at various stages of this journey and yet it is still amazing to see the results in each of us :biggrin: I started at an 18 - almost 20 and wearing 2x shirts. I'm now wearing 10's comfortably and starting to move into some 8's. I had to buy a size 8 this past weekend and I almost danced for joy!!!! I can wear a large shirt now - I didn't think I would get below a 1X because I'm kindof chesty. I still get some 1X's because of the fit. I can't deal with gaping buttons. I still hate that I'm an apple shape. Most of my last 20+ pounds are all in my stomach!!! If I could just chop it off I would be at least a 6 if not a 4. Grrrrr! Darn genetics!(@*#%$ {{hugs}} wombat

    can I ask what skin brushing is? I finally got a cream for the scars and they are starting to lighten up. (umm it's been 8 months!!) I just don't remember to do all this work. I can barely remember my daily facial lotion to tighten up that skin!!

    Whosya - I didn't make it. I'm up 3.8 from that goal. I didn't lose any weight last week - not sure why (yeah right). My goals are stretch goals otherwise I get too lax I'm starting to get comfortable with my size and it's affecting my eating. I need to recommit to my eating so I can get those last pounds off!!! lulu - 5.1 is not slow!!!! I jog at 4.4 or 4.5. I only sprint for 60 seconds You are doing amazing!!! And I agree - that is just the cutest pup!!!!! Is it a shitzhu? (I can't spell)

    Woohooo stranger!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome awesome!!!! :thumbup: I started week 5 today Ok - I was a total slacker and skipped day 3 of week 4. :frown: Saturday was my b-day and I just didn't want to run so I told myself I would run on Sunday - well you know how well that went. Then I didn't want to throw off my schedule - excuses excuses. So I decided to suck it up and just start week 5 and take the punishment. It wasn't so bad!!! I was still able to sprint the last minute at 6.0mph. I'm always concerned that I'm going to trip or stumble and send myself flying off of the treadmill. I can see the light at the end. I'm getting closer and closer to really enjoying this. I didn't want to run this morning AT ALL!!!! But I knew I would feel great once I got it done. Y'all are awesome - have a SPECTACULAR day!!!! wombat
