    I have been taking Biotin since before surgery. I am 4 mos out and my hair is starting to thin out. I get 60-80gms of protein in each day, 64+oz of water. I take my vitamins and calcium. Does anyone have some suggestions?

    I have found sugar free Metamucil is great! Stool softners were not as effective.
