What is the name of this drink I've had a lot of trouble with my potassium since surgery I have to drink the Nasty stuff every day cause its low and that not good for your heart with us know on the absorption problem it can go so up and down I had major issues they did mine a week before my Cardioverson it was fine and the day I was scheduled for it it was very low so this can be a big problem and I have to get mine checked every 6 weeks now -

Well I have to tell y'all about I feel like a 16 year old who's been out on her first date I've been divorced about 6 years and was married 10 years . Well about a week ago I saw a friend of mine and a couple of days later he called me and said that his friend that was with him wanted to take me out and he told him I would go with out asking me I said are you crazy he said no I need to get out so I agreed but tried to get him and his girlfriend to double with us he said no she had to work ok we go to dinner ( I was just hoping I didn't get sick Red Lobster so fish is ok for my tummy) and then he asked if I wanted to go to the Laser Show and Fireworks at Stone Mountian well we had a very nice night so he's called me everyday since and sends me sweet little tex so we had our second date tonight and it was great this is such a strange feeling hadn't been on a date for about 17 years. He just wants to do everything for me open doors hold my hand to get up and in and out of the car didn't now guys still really did those things for you. Just makes you feel good and special 5 months ago I probably wouldn't have gone . -
Nothing red a couple of days before surgery
-
Maybe the unflavored protein there one made by Unjury and Nectar tried both and are good doesn't add any taste to what you mix it with just protein

My dr told me to watch what they gave me in the hospital after surgery I was in there 3 times for a total of 18 days in less then a month 6 days at time of surgery many times I couldn't eat the food they brought even after talking to the nutritional at the hospital. They brought me full sugar juice and Yogart with 26 Grams of sugar. You have to be careful
-
They tried to give me bacon sausage and eggs day after surgery but we now can't eat that day after I had major issues with hospital food cause they don't real pay attention so wouldn't use that as a good guide
