I'm on Coumadin so I have to take them about a week pre op then after about 3 weeks or until dr say I'm fully healed I have had blood clots in the past though in my LAD main artery in me heart in 2000 then my lungs 2010 that's when they put me on Coumadin

The liquid hasn't bother me much I got different flavors since I will be using it a while my Dr only let's you use Bariatric Advantage Meal Replacements during pre op I like the iced late banana gets a little much for very long but when you mix it with chocolate its better THE only thing is it gives me diarrhea and makes my stomach doesn't mater what I mix it with first I mixed with 4 oz skim milk & 4oz water then tried only water no difference so then tried sf soy vanilla milk and water I'm allowed 2 cups milk a day It just makes them taste a little better I think not using all water I've had to do Liquid diet for a month 2 weeks 2 shakes and 1 meal I have a hard time with 2nd shake I'm just feel full have to start Thursday on only 5 shakes and liquids not sure if I can do 5 any suggestions or anyone else having that problem

I have a question I Carry most my weight in my legs anyone else like that whom has already did surgery how did you do with that also I have very bad batwings where I've lost weight in past any suggestions to help tighten help tighten them after my surgery while I'm loosing

Glad to be helpful these are scary test to go thru when you don't know about them they just make you start thinking what if it shows something you don't wont other problems to deal with you already have enough preparing for this surgery so many things to do just think positive cause all of us have to go thru all these test just to make sure we're ok have they schedule your surgery yet? I had to do Eco it was just like an ultra sound when you have a baby. Also had to do nuclear stress where they put a iv in and put you in the machine like a car scan the big round one they give you meds in iv and did a series of test like 5 minutes two times then 20 minutes then they gave some meds that makes it hard to breath but not to bad just heavy for like 20 minutes that last one made me dizzy and a headache maybe cause you can't eat after midnight the night before and it was 11:30am they said drink caffeine and it would help and go eat when I finished with my Eco lucky everything was ok. I had a blood clots in my main valve in 2000 and a mild heart attach but no trouble after that you just need to relax its hard but think about end results I was cleared for my surgery so just pray and think positive
