My last time in the hospital when I was getting blood cause I had bleeding in my stomach I was crying and felt so like what had I've done to myself the nurse said it was good to cry it let out your fears I spent about 2 weeks for my surgery in 2 trips 6 days each time on last trip I asked my cardiac what had I did to my self (we have a long history together) he looked at me and said this was the best thing I had done for myself even with all the trouble I was having so try some Relaxation music and a little Mediations it helps I'm home all day alone and do this along with deep breathing it helps cause I can't drive till my heart gets a regular rytham and on occasion I will just cry but I put on the music and close my eyes and in a little it's ok

Well we all made it thru to the other side some are still having problems but we will all make it thru this because we all support each other in every way there's no better place for our support but here cause were all basically going through the same thing just some of us with a few extra problems but we will SURIVE this because we are strong and fighting for are better life's

Ok you are you dr can go on OAC Obesity Action Coalitions web site and download the forms you Bariatric dr has to fill these out and fax it to Bariatric Advantage here is phone number on form for questions 800-898-6888 my dr faxed it to them and the next day I got a email they were be shipped out When you go on OAC web site there's a place for dr to download the form They give everything your dr list on form for 3 months about 3 weeks before you run out have your dr refax the form for your second 3 month supply This is only good for 6 months but it helps

Katt I know your by yourself but just rest your at the best place now and they will take care of you I know you feel so alone I know cause I spent 2 weeks in there mostly all alone but just try to relax a sleep soon they will get this all worked out and you will feel better Im still dealing with the heart trouble at home on my own its scary but I'm ok cause if I still needed tone in hospital my cardiac dr wouldn't had let me go home Just remember your at the best place to be with all that's going on and it will get better I now how scared you were going into this but these are just little setbacks and just wait for the Grand Prize all our Prayers are going to you we have a chain prayer at our Church and I asked them to include you and everyone of us on here on it so there lots of people praying for all of us to get through this
