Is there anyone post op with Large legs or that has Lymphedema in there legs that has had surgery and how have you did

He had just about everyone in the room in tears SO does he have any friends like him we talked about at a class last week

My dr said just look at your protein on my Fittness pal because it isn't set for Bariatric diet and according to it we are starving ourselves to death so just use it to track your fluids and protein and exercise. I also use food notes to to add my own notes as to anything going on with me or how I feel

I've been on blood thinners about 3 years and I gave bruises all the time and hardly ever know where or how they got there just the tints bump and your bruised

QUESTION. Thursday evening at dinner I thru up eat 1 once Talapia baked a couple pieces broccoli and cheese this is my first time getting sick but since then the only thing that doesn't make me fell sick is Greek yogurt and I'm drinking Nectar fruit protein my stomach feels really queazy I just tried some cream of potato soup could only eat about 3-4 bites and my stomach started hurting should this be something to worry about or just stay on liquids dr says Im on full foods but I just haven't eat much

Tell your dr they can give you a Necular one that you don't have to go on treadmill just call and tell them you don't think you can do it on the treadmill sometimes they start on treadmill and have to switch to the other cause people can't do it

I had to wait till I was back on blood thinners 6 weeks before the will do the Cardioverson to get my heart back in rytham so end of April or so they haven't given me the date yet but I have to go back in the hospital hopefully outpatient to stop and restart it they have to put me to sleep to do it

You will do fine just fallow what your dr and nut tell you every one is different but listen to what they tell you and remover sip sip sip and sip some more and walk and then do it all over again

There also one 1 week pre op and pregnant now she's 7 weeks pre op and 6 week the twins are adorable and mom looks great nice and slim
