I am so discouraged today! I will be 8 weeks post op on Monday and the scale never moves! I have only lost 37 lbs and only 9 lbs in the last month. I'm exercising daily and have a personal trainer. I eat or drink 60-70 g of protein daily and always healthy options. I just don't understand how I can go from eating a lot of food that was seriously not healthy and never exercising to how I am now and the weight stays on!! I seriously feel defeated like I have every single other time I have failed at this weight loss thing...I just want to cry. Please...anyone...I need some advice or something today...nobody in my life truly gets what this is like but you all do...

I am 7 weeks post surgery and I get nautilus every single day and its usually in the evening. I only vomit when I eat too much but I've learned to start with 3 oz of food and if I want more after 10 minutes then I can have more so I haven't vomited in a while. I notice smells of things really make me extra nautilus too. But it sounds like its somewhat normal from what doc and nut gave told me.

I need to find a new protein shake I can tolerate. I have been drinking the premier protein shakes from Costco because they don't make me sick. Would anyone like to share what brand and type of protein shakes has worked for you? Maybe I can try them instead of drinking the same thing everyday.

I've been lucky. Nausea and a little vomiting but other than that I have done ok. I get tired of eating the same things and I never eat enough protein or drink enough water but I keep trying. I'm only down 37 lbs but I just know the weight will come off if I do the right things...even tho it can be very frustrating

Does anyone have a sample menu they would be willing to share? An example of a typical day for you that includes 60 grams of protein? I am really struggling with this right now and any help would be much appreciated. I am 5 weeks post op today.

Has anyone had an issue with their protein shakes causing dumping syndrome? I could drink them fine before sx but after hasn't been so great?

What is one-derland?? I'm doing ok. I'm having problems getting enough fluids and protein as well. I am exhausted every day. I have had a hard time keeping protein drinks down and I'm struggling with how much and what to eat. I have been at the same weight loss for 2 weeks now...hoping the scale will move soon!
