Left...day I came home from surgery. Middle 3 weeks post op....left is 7 weeks post op...down 43 pounds so far...still have a long way to go

Yes it sure does get easier

I'm so excited but my nerves are starting to show their ugly face---not gonna lie getting nervous too---why I don't know---my surgeon is amazing and I know that he does this day in and day out for the past 10 years but still....lol---been on opti fast diet for 6 days and down 10 pounds, more week of these shakes to go then it GO TIME
