Funny you should bring this up because I was just doing some google searches because mine has been nothing but annoying since I got it. I had it put in a few weeks ago, like maybe Feb. 7th, and I have had bleeding every day since. Not a lot, but enough to have to wear pantiliners constantly and enough to piss me off. My doc said I will be "irregular" for about 3 months and it should clear up. I didn't know "irregular" meant constant "flow"--pun intended I haven't experienced any pain or discomfort (aside from when she put it in--OMG!--but I sure hope this situation remedies itself soon or I may try a different BC method. Which I don't want to do because I've had bad experiences with the other kinds.

I was sooo lazy this weekend! Saturday I didn't even change out of my pajamas! Today I did some cleaning & errands, but no formal exercise. I took advantage of being able to have a lazy day yesterday, but now I'll need to work hard at the gym tomorrow.

I'll take a copy too, please lmcgloon@gmail.com -
I was told 4-6 weeks, too. 10 days is too soon I think. You don't want to risk it

I got cleared for all exercise at 6 weeks also

Gen, your ex-inlaws stole $20,000 worth of your belongings? Was this recent? I would be fuming mad. Actually, I don't even know how I would deal. Can't he be arrested for being in contempt? -

Yes! I am 9 weeks and noticed my appetite is coming back. I have my final meeting with my nutritionist next week to get put on the "lifestyle plan" aka no more restrictions on what to eat, just how much, and it kind of makes me nervous. I don't know why because I've been really good with following the diet and it's not like suddenly I'm going to rush right out and eat crap, I just kind of enjoyed that I never felt hungry and now that it's back it kind of weirds me out. -

He's actually been pretty good, and he's supportive, I think just like me he was having a craving though and gave in. Can't fault him there. He's a pretty good sport about eating the healthy foods I make now, and has even lost a couple pounds himself. I think I was just grumpy and wanted to complain. Even though I don't really miss any foods, sometimes it's hard when it's staring you in the face. I had my turkey cheddarwurst and was happy -

Good ideas, I actually do like cooking, I think I was just grumpy after work and wanted to complain. Thanks for the ideas, your foods always sound yummy!! -

I'm running out of ideas of things to eat. I don't like seafood, and I feel like I'm eating the same things over and over and that's always been a pet peeve of mine, I like variety, and when you're so limited it's hard to switch things up. I guess maybe I'm just frustrated because my husband got himself a pizza for dinner and I'm like "mmm...soft chicken....again" -

My husband ordered himself a pizza for dinner tonight. Part of me is annoyed, because I feel like it's kind of rude to order a pizza and eat it in front of me, but on the other hand, he shouldn't have to give up his favorite foods just because I made this lifestyle change. He's one of the lucky ones, blessed with being naturally thin. Jerk. -

Umm, this might sound weird, but why do you need special soap pre-op? I never had to use either of the products you mentioned...

I am soooo terrible at tracking in MFP. I know right now I'm not even close to calories/fats any of that stuff since I'm pretty good with the protein, but I really want to get in the habit of remembering to do it because pretty soon I won't be so restricted and will need to start watching what I eat. I'm also terrible at remembering to take all my vitamins everyday. I'm just so forgetful and I live a pretty busy lifestyle that sometimes those little things slip by me -

I just ate an Atkins protein bar for dinner (I'm at school and will eat a more proper dinner later) but I think it's weird how some they classify as a meal and some are just snack. I had the chocolate peanut butter one. It's really good. It has 17g protein, 2 carbs, 14g fat & 250 calories. What do y'all think about that fat/calorie count? It's higher than what I usually eat but is it too high? If it's supposed to be a meal is it not too bad? So far no dumping symptoms, but I don't want to keep eating them if they're too high in fat/cals. -

I had meatloaf w/ low fat gravy & a few bites of garlic mashed potatoes. Comfort food + protein = win -
HAHAH! I've lost a bag of mulch! What a strange thing to think about. I like that 55lbs is a 5,000BTU air conditioner. Can't wait for that one

I was allowed to eat cold cereals like cheerios at 6 weeks post op. I have been eating low carb crackers occasionally too. At 11 weeks out you should be able to tolerate these too. Just remember moderation. My Nut recommended a fiber cereal (like cheerios) for breakfast each morning to help with digestion. I know it seems like each doc is different, but I hope this helps you.

Hahaha! That was me this weekend. Decided to try to be a rockstar last week and did a 45 min cycling class. Felt fine afterward but then literally couldn't walk the next day. Need to ease back into it haha

I couldn't eat today, no appetite. Ate about 4oz of tomato soup around 2 and then about 1/4 taco filling for dinner around 8. Not a good intake day. Did okay on fluids, but not so much on protein/food. Tomorrow is another day... -
If I ever get to single digit sizes I will cry. I haven't been a single digit size since...middle school? Maybe? Congrats & great job! You look great!

My gym offers 12 sessions of free personal training so today was my first strength training with my PT, and then did 30 mins on treadmill.
