Today I hit a major milestone in my weight loss journey. Today I am down 100 lbs -THAT'S ONE HUNDRED POUNDS!!!- *My BMI is down 10.2% *Fat Mass is down 70lbs *Pants are down from a Men's 54" to a 36" *Shirts are down from a 3/4X to a slim-fit XL *My chest is down 10" *My waist is down 12.5" And *My Hips are down 13.5"

Is anyone having issues with hair loss? I'm getting a fist full every day now!

I had a tiny plate! I had a finger sized piece of turkey, half a spoonful of dressing (because my Mom makes the absolute best dressing ever!), half a spoonful of green bean casserole, sautéed mushrooms, and my "famous" turkey giblet gravy! All of this weighed only 3oz! Then about 3 hours later I had a spoonful of sugar free pumpkin pie (no crust) that my Mom made for me! All-in-all I'm down 60lbs since Sept!!!

I hope everyone is still doing well. I wanted to share some progress. I started my journey at 312lbs. Surgery (RN-Y) was on 8Sept. As of today I'm down 45 lbs making me 267lbs. Also my Stats have shifted: July 2014: Weight: 310 BMI: 49.5% Fat Mass: 153.5 lbs Sept 25 2014: Weight: 288.6 BMI: 47.8% Fat Mass/ 138lbs Oct 27 2014: Weight: 267.0 BMI: 45.7% Fat Mass: 122lbs

As of today I'm down 30lbs!

I actually get my BA from my Dr's office, but it's the same price online.

Oh my tasty! This was delicious!!! I made it with: -8oz fat free cream cheese -4 oz fat free low cal plain Greek yogurt -1 scoop Isopure unflavored Protein powder -3/4 cup Truvia sweetener -1/4 cup sugar free syrup vanilla -1 small egg -1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice I put the mixture in a muffin tin and got 6 muffin sized cheesecakes out of the mix. I added up the nutritional information then divided it by 6. What's everyone's daily caloric intake? I seem to be averaging approximately 500 cal per day.

Does anyone take depression medication? If so, since your surgery has your depression gotten worse?

I haven't had to take any pain medicine since I came home on the 10th. My incisions are still a little red and itchy, but that's because I had a reaction to the Derma-Bond. I had two weeks of nausea post surgery, but it's finally gone! Unfortunately I'm doing everything right, but still not seeing any results. I can't wait to get into the gym come week 4; Maybe then I will start seeing some results!

I made the most amazing "dessert" today! I mixed (in a blender) a small cup of sugar free 10cal jell-o with a 80cal cup of plain yogurt, refrigerated it for a couple of hours, and ta-da 15g protein mousse!

Make sure to rinse them well, as the smell is a little off putting. I boiled mine in some chicken stock to get rid of any lingering taste of the liquid in the bag. Then I sautéed them in the spaghetti sauce! Yum! I plan to buy the other ones they have available real soon! The spinach angel hair, and the garlic and herb noodles look good!

I had an ounce of these Shirataki noodles mixed into the homemade spaghetti sauce I made for my family. It was perfect for this stage of my diet.

I have so much opened protein powder that I no longer like... I wonder if I can sell it all?

I've only lost 8 lbs since my surgery on the 8th and I have to admit I'm a little bummed. I've even been doing everything right too.

This stuff isn't that bad, and perfect for the puréed weeks! NO sugar, and NO carbs!!!

This was the best I found at Walmart, and it tastes pretty good too! 160 cal 2g carbs 1g sugar 15g Protein

My Dr suggested Colace for stubborn bowel movements.

Sometimes they have some good stuff. I know Slim Fast and Special K have a lot of carbs.

I'm going to search Walmart tomorrow for the best protein drink they offer.
