I was off for 4weeks. And I asked Evanson for a extra week. I was physically able at 3 wks. But my body was in Ketosis and I needed a extra week to recover from that. I work 12hr shifts. On my feet. You will get your meal plan at your class. You will be on 2oz of week for 8wks. Plus your Protein drinks.

Evanson normally take a hour for surgery. Mine took a hour and so did my husband's. Evanson is great. You might have a lunch break during your nutritional class. Bring something to drink. I think my class took longer. But I had someone who was asking a bazillion questions..

I have not posted on here in months. Thought I'd come back to share my progress. I'm at my original goal weight. 140lbs. Here is my before 258 and current. I would like to drop another 20lbs. I am struggling with my food I want to eat all the time. I keep looseing and regaining the same 2-3lbs. Once I get over this sinus infection I plan on making some more changes.

Dr. Evanson rocks! Just remember when you go for your PcP for your weight in's. To keep everything weight loss related. If you take to him about being sick or whatever than insurance won't count that month!!

My approval was easy. I knew with in 1 wo I was approved. No hoops. My insurance policy does not require a 6month diet.

Before. Nov 2011 a few months after my son was born. I gained a ton of weight after I had him. My pants was to small I had them unbuttoned half unzipped and tucked in... Now: I'm down 42 lbs. The purple shirt fit at 7months Preggo but not after I had him. Now it's almost to big. It feels so good. And the pants I was wearing in the before, are now to big! I win!! Thinking about getting a tat after my surgery and when I'm a year post-op. Maybe a poisoned cupcake or something. So my question is has anyone got a tattoo after weightless surgery about there journey. If so what is it? Jessica. can't wait to start this journey.
