We have almost the same stats. I started out at 370 lbs, now I'm 344, and I hope to get down to a size 12 (I still don't have a goal weight, I guess whatever someone who wears a size 12 weighs) . I'm cheering you on! SD:8/21/13 -

Try cleaning them with vinegar and Water. That can kill any bad smell. SD:8/21/13

So happy you joined us! I've gaining weight consistently since about nine years old. Never been a normal weight a day in my life. I'm looking forward to surgery so much there aren't words. I'm not sure of the benefits of going dairy free, but I can tell you that going meat free has made me drop 26lbs. I am having my surgery August 21st and I hope to be down about 40lbs by then. Talk to your nutritionist. HW: 370. CW:344. SD:8/21/13
