Had my rny 12-12-12.....down 49 pounds. It's been a struggle, I've been stalled for about 3 wks now but happy with the progress so far :-)

You look amazing!! We have a lot in common, I am almost 6 months out and have lost 103 pounds. I went from a as 22 to a 14 and I have 5 year old twins and a 7 year old. Your babies are gorgeous, 3 is a handful but completely worth it :-)

I am 5 1/2 months out and have had pizza multiple times (just one piece) and I have had taco bell multiple times. I haven't tried any sweets or sugar but eat pretty normal just in moderation. I'm sorry to hear u are struggling so much, I am 4 months out and do not feel like I have a pouch either. I have never dumped and feel completely normal. I have to continue to remind myself why I have had this done. I have been very successful and I will share what I am doing. I have my fitness pal on my phone and I count every single calorie that goes in my mouth. I make sure to get between 60-80 grams of Protein a day. I have found that if I do 1000 calories for a couple days, then go down to 600 for a couple days, it seems to keep my metabolism going. I am down 87 pounds.... I had a very emotional non scale victory this weekend. It was a year ago this week that I took my 3 little ones to the Wisconsin dells for spring break, I remember being so embarrassed that I couldn't fit into the tube on the lazy river. I had to hold onto Tue outside of the tube. This past weekend and almost 4 months out from my surgery, I took my children to an indoor waterpark, I was astonished to see how easily the tube slid right over me, I literally started tearing up. Not only that but I went down the waterslides with my children multiple times. It definently paid off because I lost another 2 pounds just over the weekend for a total loss of 72 pounds. It's crazy how I read these stories and literally start crying because I can feel your happiness and feel so much of myself in everyone's story. Way to go on the awesome job u have done. How is everyone doing?? I am 13 weeks out and am down 68 pounds but have slowed down the last 2 wks. I am happy with my progress though but still have a ways to go. I am great at eating but slacking going to the gym. I really need to step it up. Is anyone using my fitness pal??
