Had my 6 month check up... Doc said I looked fabulous and not to loose any more weight.... Or I might look tooo skinny! Wow! We agreed I would try and loose those last 15 over the next 6 months... If I look to skinny after that .. I guess I'll deal with it. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I actually went to the doctor because I thought there was a cyst or tumor growing... But it's just my spine apparently.. Doc said it was common with this surgery and we need to form a callous down there... Great! I can't even sit on it and he wants me to form a callous .. Oy! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Is anyone else having trouble with their tale bone? Apparently I know longer have as much cushion back there and I'm having a difficult time sitting even in overstuffed chairs. I swear I thought I had a growth back there but apparently it's my tale bone. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I love my scale! After my surgery I vowed to weigh myself every day. It was work in the beginning to not be disappointed if the scale didn't move. For me, the scale is my friend - not my enemy. Yesterday I went shopping for work clothes. I bought size 14 pants and medium tops! I came home and modeled for my 19 year old daughter and when I was telling her how excited I was to have new clothes I started crying. I told her how I have felt that I have been lost for so many years and now that the weight is gone I found myself again! I feel like Peter Pan ... Except instead of growing old and the lost boys showing him that he was still the same inside, I lost weight and the old confident excited me came back to life! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! So my six month anniversary is approaching -August 26th. I really want to be down 82 lbs .. I know weird amount.... Id be 178 and i just want to be out of the 180s.... So I decreased my protein and exercise last week and plan to increase protein and exercise this week. Seems like its just getting harder to loose and for some reason I'm just not craving much food..... So wish me luck! I need to focus and at the same time my daughter a yummy humming bird cake for her birthday. ( no real humming birds lol) but I remember how it tastes... I'm really proud of myself...
