Wow u don't look like you weigh 180 you are small. How tall are you? That has a lot to do with it. How much have you lost. You look GREAT!!! -

Same thing happened to me. Back in the hospital for two more days because of pain. I am now 10 days out and there is still a lot of discomfort on my left side. Milk of magnesia really helped me get rid of gas. In still gassy but a lot better. It will get better as the days go by. -

Me too I will just grill some shrimp or salmon ( once im off the protien shakes )and call it a day. -
See that's why I am afraid to get off all Protein shakes and get on the scale. I hate that scale. It is not our friend!!!

Hum menu looks good. I would call the dietian. The first thing she will say is don't compare urself to others which is hard.

I'm afraid to come off Protein shakes because I fear I may eat too much or get back to bad habits. I really want salmon tho -
Lol my daughter just told me my breathe was terrible yesterday and kept rolling the window down in 35 degree weather.

I am a week post surgery also and still in quite a bit of discomfort especially since I stopped taking my pain meds because it was making me constipated which was causing more pain. -
