Love my doctor but he is dragging his feet in writing the appeal letter. 30 days is up on Friday and it still hasnt been done. I have called both Aetna and my doctors office about 8 times. Losing hope. -

Insurance should really find a new way of processing. To tell a person that they have not been obese for a long enough period of time?? Walk 10 years in my shoes. It just gets me.They have no idea. -
