If you taking the regular vitamins it have to be crushed I take the chewable calcium b12 vitamin c and one a day for women gummies -

Heard it all.. I have a friend that told me the same thing you don't need the surgery I know somebody had the surgery got back big again I told her I don't want to hear about what happen to somebody else LOL!! Lol.. i'm on a liquid diet since december 20 before my surgery... just water, chicken broth, glucerna hunger smart shake and alot of walking.. -
