Hi how's it going? I'm just at 9 months post op and have lost 6stones 2lbs. I'd love to lose 10 stones by the end of June but I'm human so 7 will be a more realistic target. Just saw the doc about my vericose veins and guess what, I mentioned I won't go swimming because they're bad and I can't get them on NHS for vanity reasons, ok but how about the swelling and pain doc? I'll check out my healthcare and see if I can go that route. Don't rush your weight loss but do keep the exercise going, we have a full life ahead of us to be the best ever losers It's great to see other members journeys in photo's even if that's makes us voyeurs but it also spurs us on.
