I'm 7 weeks post op and haven't thrown up once...2 weeks post I was back to normal I have a high pain tolerance also so I didn't need any pain meds when I came home and I pretty much did everything myself....but that's just me and everyone heals differently but whatever you do do not over do it even if you feel fine

Ok I'm not a major fan of beef for a number of reasons but I know it's great for protein...I'm a little over 6 weeks out and haven't had any beef thus far...my question is is it okay to eat it now...my Nut gave me a list of things I can eat during this stage which included beef but I'm afraid it won't settle well or it will take longer to digest....I know the only way to find out is to try it but would love to get others experience with it...thanks!
