    So I see they did remove male sperm from the dietary log on myfitnesspal but they still have ejaculate... Still worth 7calories but it lists no other properties. Funny when you look it up it lists the serving size as 1 pound haha never in my life! They must be measuring a whale lol
  2. Thank goodness I'm not the only one. I'm losing hair in bunches! And I seriously look as if I now have a old mans balls hanging from my chest! I can't even begin to right the right bra. A boob job will be in order!

    We must def be in the time frame for hair loss!! I'mtaking the biotin everyday and using fall fight shampoo. I'm almost scared to brush my hair I lose about 60 strands each time and when I wash and condition another handful and I have to wear my hair up in a ponytail cause when it's down I'm covered in hair it's embarrassing! The odd thing is its not breaking off its just falling out of my scalp with the roots still on the ends of the strands idk what else to do you can tell it has thinned luckily I had thick hair to start with hoping it will regroup and fill back in and this nonsense stops before I'm bald!

    I believe it has 0.02 grams of protein and there is no sugar and 0.01 total carbs. Some of the logging apps like MFP has it listed. Lol

    Friday Weigh-In!

    Didn't get a chance to really weigh in with my regular scales Friday I tried three different one for a loss of 4 pounds, 3 pounds and no loss/no gain not sure yet which is right will check in a few days with my normal scales. Everyone is doing a terrific job! If you do my fitness pal add me screen name ginsyn76.
  11. I don't find that I'm hungry until night time I don't even think its that I'm actually hungry but I just want to snack constantly. I think I need to go to bed by 8 to avoid this.

    Feet stay COLD ?

    My feet stay really cold so do my fingers and well mostly all of me. Don't laugh but at night I sleep with a heating pad on my feet.

    Friday Weigh-In!

    I lost most of my weight in the first three weeks then a two week stall and a couple lbs then another stall aground week 7 and again at 9 it seems every couple weeks I stall out and have to push a little harder. It will come you body just has to keep adjusting itself I think

    We look to have the same numbers I got stuck at 219 for a couple weeks then my big loss. I think the body is just getting regulated to what I'm doing to it and hopefully it keeps turning out some good numbers from her. You are doing great.

    BOWEL MOVEMENT REGULARITY

    Mine are colace. But you can get the generic stool softeners at many pharmacies and Walmart. They keep the stool soft but do not make you go. Fluid is key to bowel movements. Warm tea or broth usually helps me. I usually have a bowel movement every couple days after three I began to worry. Miralax is a great product also just take a dose daily.
  20. So I decided to jump on the scale today and it was GREAT news. 8 lbs lost! Woo! I'm so freakin happy right now that made my day. I feel like all the extra workouts that I have put in over the last two weeks was worth it. It has given me a reason to keep it up. I guess it's right what they say I will start week 12 on Monday so almost three months and they finally gave way again. I just hope I can keep producing a loss. I went to go see about going back to work after a little over a year out on medical leave. I hope I can get back in there I have been gone too long and it's time to get back to the business of being me. Go hard ladies and gents, it does pay off!
  21. Yes I hope we are doing the right thing. Thanks worm. I haven't weighed in a while hoping there is a good loss but scared that there won't be. My husband says he thinks I'm losing inches so I guess that's a plus. I should have taken a before photo and measurements so I could see a change to let me know its working. Doubt the process sometimes. I go back in march. Cheers cheers for three months I hope it's my month!
  22. I have to talk myself into exercising everyday. Sometimes it's an argument! Def a struggle still but once I start I just keep going and when I'm finished I feel so much better like I accomplished something and have more energy for the rest of the day. Since dropping some weight it is easier for me now to move lol I don't see myself doing anything 40 pounds ago. I still don't get the diet/ calorie thing if I'm burning over 3500 calories a week and eating less than what I burn with a resting metabolism shouldn't I at least be losing the pound a week for the 3500. My body just hates me! Grrr.

    Wow that was nice. Do they think you have an advantage? I was just told yesterday that I took the easy way out instead of eating right and exercising the way I should. That was said to me after 90 minutes of aerobics. I wanted to smack her!
