see here's my thing I've always been thankful that I'm not your ordinary stereotype big guy. I'm big but not that flaby I'm pretty solid and I do work out. from October 2011 to 2012 I lost 93 pounds on my own by eating right and staying in the gym. my doctor thinks if i stay in the gym and don't bs this surgery, that I will be okay Fred Montana JR -
