I had Chinese food also my husband and boys get thrs s I get the veggies and I'll get 1piece of Teriyaki chicken, 4 pieces of orange Chicken and broccoli!!..... :/ that's when I don't want to cook!! Date of Surgery 12/18/12

For the last 3 days I did a protein drink with a small banana and 1/2 a Greek yogurt! But today for the husband and my boys I did a taco casserole, corn tortillas, ground turkey, beans, salsa topped with lite cheese!! I had one small bite! It was goooood!!!!! Date of Surgery 12/18/12

my next goal!! Then another 25 lbs and I'll be at 150 woohoo I'm feeling better and better as time goes by!! Last goal is 140lbs that weight I was when I got Married!! I'm went to the Store and fit into a size 16!!!!! A Lil snug but it zipped up wooohooo again!!! Date of Surgery 12/18/12

My Nut said 2 month out, to only have Dark Greens (Not reg Salad) and also with oil based or Vinaigrette dressing only! (NO HEAVY CREAMS), SO on my Birthday I went to Sizzler all you can eat Salad Bar!! My Husband and Mom shared with me!! It hit the spot!! Date of Surgery 12/18/12

I'm averaging a 2 lb a week weight loss even if I hit a Plateau for 1 or 2 weeks! And and then lose 4 or 5 lbs its still good! I'm at 30 lbs weight loss that's 10 lbs a month!! I'm happy but I know that this will eventually slow down!!! Date of Surgery 12/18/12
