  1. I have an ELLIPTICAL I hate it I want to give away taking up to much room!! I Love Walking but becuZ it's to cold for me in Sunny SoCal lol what I like about the Slim n 6 it's not high impact!! It's very easy to do.

    Gave away clothes today!

    I took out my Sewing Machine and sewed my pants and (BRAs lol) i didn't want to spend on New Clothes until Later!! So I Sewed them took them in about an Inch on both pant Legs and the back of the Bras!! They fit now!! Blouses I left alone :/
  3. Omgosh im 6 weeks today I drink from a 16.9 Water Bottle I really don't know how y'all do it but I have a Hard time getting 64ozs down!! It's very frustrating am at most time drinking 3 of the 4!! I get WATER LOGGED!! (even w/ SF pops & Jello) i get ughhhhh!! Si if u can get it down I'm soooo Happy for You!!!

    My story..

    My Sugar levels after WLS were about 150ish and was told to continue on them till my 1st Dr Visit, I recorded every thing by Second Dr Visit sugar levels went down to about 100- 120 I was walking every other day and he said that in a month I should be off the pills as long as my levels are below 130, I think 200 is to high for the Dr to take you off Completely!! Talk to Him again and let him know your concerns!!! Or to another Dr!!! That's just my opinion!! Good Luck please keep us posted!!

    Anyone tried sushi yet?

    Instead of Nori Try it with Rice Paper (if u can) it maybe the Nori that makes it come up. I'm 6 weeks PO and I Love Sushi and was wondering also as I'm reading the comments rice paper came to mind. (just a thought)
  11. Remember to Exercise!! It will help out a lil cuz you r building up the Muscles!! And it won't look as bad!! And if you have Cosmetic Surgery you will have better definition, and your results will be better!! Just a thought!! Also cuz we r losing weight so past we will sag!! this goes hand and hand with this kind Surgery unfortunately!!

    R u able to take your Vitamins!! B12, Iron B1 and your Multi Vitamins You maybe Lacking you need to tell your Dr and get some Blood work up done!! Do this ASAP!!!

  17. Remember everyone is different surgery Dec 18, 2012 went home the 19th was driving on the 20th, gas was minor but took gas X strips! They melt in your mouth! For me I could drink my protein shake no Prob but the following Week everything Changed i could not handle Protein anymore it made me sick literally i would Vomit!! So For 3 weeks I lived on Beans & Egg whites! Last week I was able to drink my protein drinks again I add a 1/2 of a Banana and Berries!! Good Luck!!

    The dread scale! =\

    I started doing it Once A Week! One reason was because I didn't have a scale (just got one) and Only because if u do it daily for some they get Discouraged & Frustrated and they start have second thoughts! When they don't see the scale move down!! You don't want to do this to yourself!! It's up to you!! Just a thought!

    When I had my Surgery Dec 18, 2012 they found that I also had a hernia, something unexpected!! My surgeon said to wait a year because it was small! And I should wait till then, :/

    Also add if it's ok w/ your Dr a Pro biotic it's good for your intestines and much easier on the Intestinal trac then Stool softeners!. Also it will take Months My Cuzn had it done 2 years ago and still has to take Laxatives!.

    That's what mine said, you need to ask your own NUT to see what they say!! Every NUT is different.

    This is what my NUT said about Chia or Chia seeds, as they are mostly seen, do have fiber because they are a seed. Iron is minimal in them, so not a very adequate source.
