    bloating anyone?

    Some foods can cause Bloating, try eliminating some foods!! And start writing it down and when you feel Bloating you can see what you ate. Just a thought Date of Surgery 12/18/12

  5. And from a size 3-4 xxx/xL to a size 1x so happy happy happy!!!! I'm so happy I saved some of my old clothes (jeans & blouses)!!!! Also from a size 23/24 to a size18 and I just tried on a size 18 and they were a tiny bit to big. Happy Dance!!! Date of Surgery 12/18/12

Let me just say, for me in the beginning it was all Cool, but reading about stalls and being 2 month out, has brought me DOWN, yes thr is positive & negative about this surgery but when i read about stalls and the reactions, i think wow those who are pre-op what they must think ( Second thoughts maybe) why do this) we all gave opinions and thus post was mine! If I offended anyone I'm SORRY but like everyone else who made a post about stalls and are upset cuz they are at a stall, this is the same thing! And is my thought my frustration, venting. Maybe I should just deactivate this app.

  12. D of S was Dec 18, 2012 -Weight 215---Jan 23, 2013-weight is 190 at 5'4 it has been 2 years that I HAVE NOT WORN MY WEDDING RING and today I put it on and it FIT!! I'm very HAPPY!! my CLothes are all loose, so I am in need of some New Clothes!! and Under Garments lol I'm just "HANGING IN THR" LOL I decided I would do Goals not by Big Big Numbers but in 3 Increments maybe 4 time will tell on the 4 one (Main Goal is 140) the (4th would be 120), but 140 is good!! I hope that yáll reach yours Goals!! Good Luck and God Bless.

  14. I understand that!! But we knew getting this Surgery that it was not a MAGICAL SURGERY!! But a tool!! We have to """recondition our Minds!!""" Portion Control, Eating differently, Exercising!! Is all part of WLS, and Looking at a Scale everyday and for some 3, 4 or 5 times a day is a Mind game on people (and that brings on all this Freaking Out) Second thoughts and anger!! Thats why they say well at least my Health Care says when people have this Surgery they "SHOULD GO SEEK COUNSELING and talk about THINGS LIKE STALLS, FRUSTRATIONS, ANGRY, & WHYS & WHY NOT.

  17. Every Person goes through this "stall". And everyone Freaks out!!!! Like I said b4 in other post "weigh yourself only ONCE A WEEK!!" And that's it!!

    Water & Protein!

    Protein is a little easier for me as long as I add 1/2 a banana other wise it's hard, Water ugh a friend told me to try fresh Fruit in the water bottle so I did that this this Morning!! I tried it w/ Crystal lite did not like it, did only 1/4 of it yuk! So I'll try the fresh fruit, in one I added Thin slice of lemon and I added 2 small Raspberries frozen, so I'll find out today!!
