Clear Liquid 0-3 days hydration is very important. What you can have. Water, Isopure, Crystal light, Diet Snapple, broth, Decaf Tea/ Coffee, Propel water, SF Popsicle/ Jello and Ice Chips. My coordinator said Isopure does not count as a Liquid.. sheez

Thanks, i have been drinking more water, it's hard to drink the Protein it just grosses me out!! But I'm trying!!

It's not good for you or your Kidneys and since you cant drink alot of water it SHOULD NOT BE USED AT ALL!!!!

This morning at 9am it was at 158 and at 5pm it's at 124 is this normal i don't want it to drop to far what can I do if it does!!!!?????

Yes i just read the ingredients it does have Collagen i didn't even think of that i know we r not supposed to have Collagen -

Just leaving the hospital everything went well it took 1hr and 17 min for the surgery very lil pain and Nausea. Thank you Jesus
