I am 4 months post op. Before the surgery I walk everyday but now I can't get myself up to go walking. Money is tight so a gym membership is out of the question. I'm trying to get my motivation back to go out there and start walking again. Just joining My Fitness Pal and hopefully that will help motivate me. Please look for me at n32382.

When I decided to have my surgery I got the same reponse from my family and friends. Thats why when i had my surgery my husband and a few close friends were the only ones who knew about it. Now when I pop up to family events their jaws drop to the floor. My point is do whatever you feel is right for yourself, do what makes you happy.:-) -
I really need help. I'm 4 days post-op and I was up sick all night last night....

My best advice is to take your time and drink slowly. In time you wilk feel better. -
Im fron Miami and Dr. Sosa performed my procedure 4 months ago.
