I have never crushed my meds, take one at a time, have talked to pcp about switching what I could and take minis where I can, chewable, otherwise they do cause a stomach ache and I have been dealing with it, luckily no dumping or other complications crossing my fingers, but so many pills suck! this has been a long difficult road, the leak is still there, on wed I am having an EGD TO see how big it is if they will glue it and clip it shut or put a stent in it, I was suppose to continue the tpn or iv nutrition however developed cellulitis or an infection at the picc line site. Everyday I keep praying the pain will lessen and the leak will.start to heal. on top of everything having to take care of the incision they drained and pack it and be daunting hoping wed will help with some of this hope you all are doing well.! best wishes Sent from my mobile using RNYTalk -

update, went to the er on Sat had an abcess under the incision next to the jp drain , had to get it cut open and drained! having antibiotics twice a day at home still being fed through a picc line, and I have a leak, everything I ingest goes straight to my jp drain, , I have to have my incisions cleaned, packed, and dressed 4 times a day ! The pain is unbearable when not on meds, showers are almost impossible though they feel so good, I just want some sense of normalcy, at least I am home finally but feel like such a burden to my mom and partner right now as they help me with my tube feeding, wound care, meds, showers, changing when the nurse is not there geez . Thank you all for the support and kind words, trying to find the positive in this is so hard , I am sure lots of people have set backs, but I took a whole year to research and make a final decision, have been sick for almost 3 with an auto immune disorder that affects my joints so I'm desperately trying to find some relief any at this point I would take, not add too ! I am waiting for the one day I wake up and find some relief....... Thank you all for listening I appreciate it Sent from my mobile using RNYTalk -
Hi every one, today sunday I start day two clear liquids only,my gosh yesterday was hard! I'm light headed, hungry, and the broth and sugar free jello, sugar free juice is making me naseoues! Its like drinking water with very little flavoring, enough to makeyou sick... I have surgery mon so I just need to push through tomorrow any suggestions? I breezed through the protein shake liquid diet, but this clear liquid over sucks for a lack of better terms!

Fly on an air plane with out fear of being kicked off or made pay another ticket. Not Pay double for my clothing just because it's plus size. Go to an amusement park and ride every thing Go rafting again Wear heels , dress shoes Preserve my joints from further destruction due to my auto immune disorder and weight Not be sweaty all the time Feel comfortable in my own skin Feel healthy!
