I am not getting near enough fluids. I am overthinking I think! I don't want to irritate or stretch my pouch so I am taking small sips but how often do you need to wait between small sips? What do you all do? Like sip every minute or every five minutes?? Seems like such a silly question but I don't want to stretch it or overfill it but I need to do something differently as I am not getting enough. -

I am sorry you are still in pain. How are you feeling now? Those same thoughts creep in, wishing I could have been successful without surgery. But yes soon it will get better and you will start seeing results and feeling better. -
I just had surgery on December 10th. I have had a couple "what did I do?!" moments but of course that is normal - big adjustment! But just think of how much better you will feel! I love that I finally am able to feel full - after a very tiny amount!! You will do great!

When I was younger I used to take a spoonful of frozen cool whip and add the sugar sprinkles! I hadn't thought of using frozen cool whip (minus the sugar sprinkles!!). I will have to try it!

My surgery is tomorrow, scheduled for 9am. Good luck to all of you who have surgery tomorrow as well!! Not that much longer...

Hey there! My surgery is tomorrow as well. I think it's normal to be scared. I am as well. But I am more scared of what will happen if I DON'T have the surgery! I don't have any advice for you but wanted to let you know that you are not alone!! What time is your surgery tomorrow?
