I had plain shrimp and wonton soup, I figured it's still lots of broth right?! :-/ Yikes. I don't feel bad though even though I was wayy too full I didn't like that feeling. I was really weak today -

It's going good, cheated a couple times total but not bad though -
It is exciting! I had a little freak out period after approval where I just ate what I thought I would never eat again though (yikes) I am on day 5 of liquid and it's much easier, I didn't cheat at all yesterday! Lol I'm getting full of of the Protein shakes and I'm moving so that keeps me busy. Surgery jan. 9th. Excited isn't the word at this point lol

I am too! I don't have a goal weight for the diet, but it's so hard!! I can't eat anything only Protein shakes and liquid, needless to say I have cheated with wonton Soup. =\ I had a really bad headache today but I'm keeping my eye on the prize :-)
