Down 101lbs from july 24th 292 to 191 [ATTACH]40130[/ATTACH] -
I had surgery july 24 2013 Surgery weight 292 Current weight 194 Old pant size 24 Current pant size 14 So many things have changed for the better thanks for the surgery. I almost cannot believe how much I weigh right now I'm still not close to my personal goal but I am well on my way so excited to see all the changes that are yet to come. I am feeling extremely blessed. Anyone else have surgery July of 2013?

I'm so sorry ypu are going through this. It is horrible! I'm mostly sorry that your surgeon office ddnt inform ypu about this, its one of the most common problems that occur after rny. Thankfully , it's an easy fix and as soon as you're done you'll feel much much better! Best wishes to you! Keep us posted

I have a stricture. :/ for two weeks I habe not been able to keep anything but water down. I now know why. Hoping this gets better!

Sd 7/24/13 Sw 292 Cw 236 So far I had a stricture at about 4wks out. Easy fix thankfully. Eating between 1/4c and 1/2c depending on what it is and how my pouch is feeling I guess lol. No real hunger. Just head hunger when I'm craving a specific food. Working out pretty intensely 4days a week. Was stalled for almost 4whole weeks (I was freaking out) but yesterday the scale finally moved!

Been stuck at the same weight for three weeks now. Protien intake is higher. Working out harder. ( cardio) and drinking more water...... this is so depressing. Hope I'm not done losing weight already. Still have a long way to go. 8wks post op btw

Just took my multi. First rime taking a non chewable. Dietician said I was cleared to take them. I cut it in half because its big. STILL GOT STUCK. This sucks
