No it actually was not a new requirement, but apparently when I called the benefits Dept in late Aug. they are not aware of the requirement or this gal I spoke with didn't know. I would have started right away had I known. I am down but not defeated.

No surgery yet, they just threw a 6 month diet and exercise requirement at me 4 months after telling me it wasn't a requirement. I was all set for surgery this month too. Now I need to meet my deductible all over again. -
