I think I finally broke my stall, lost 1 pound. I upped my protein and have been getting 85-95g a day. I have a shake right before workout and directly after. I read that having something high in protein within 30 minutes after work out will help body burn the fat and save the lean muscle. I started working out every morn before work and it feels great. Helps w stress to. However I think I need an afternoon work out til the separation of ex and my stuff is finalized because I am so stressed out. Generally good at work but as soon as I leave it starts building back up :-( other than that, I don't miss him anymore. I have the loneliness as I have had. Now I'm going to sound like a little school girl, however I think I have a little crush on a guy that just started working for who I work for. Totally different buildings, but he is always so happy and smiling when he comes into my building. It is that that made me notice him. And he is single, woohoo!!!! So we shall see what happens there if anything. I'm shy being married for 22 yrs and with him for 25. I was told Friday night that I am intimidating. So the next day I text a guy coworker, that is single. He said he would be intimidated due to my looks and cuz I have my "shit" together. Got my fasting lab results for my 3 mo appt. I was totally surprised. When I went back in the hospital after the second surgery, I was deficient on calcium and a couple other things. Test came back great. Not deficient in anything, yippee. I asked the Dr are you sure. Lol. I'm losing some hair. Can't be due to lack of protein. I think it is the two major surgery's and the stress from ex. I was a dependent housewife for 22 years following him around due to the military. He was / is my income or a big part of it. Now my drama to unload:-( My ex stopped making spousal support payments, April 1 will be 3 months x 891 (what an ass). He is back due on child support by 5800 (darn deadbeat). He retires from the Air Force April 4th and his command won't do a damn thing about it. So a week ago Monday I contacted my Congressman's office and they initiated a congressional inquiry on it. He is going to learn he can't mess w me or I'll call big dogs out on him. I told him before that if you try to fool with someone make sure you're smarter than they are cuz he definitely is not. So the congressman's office was going straight to the big office of military pay called DFAS. Keep your fingers crossed for me that everything goes my way and he loses his pay and it heads my way. On a good note, he is going to be charged with contempt of court for the spousal and child support when we go to court to finalize this whole mess. He will also be charged w contempt of court for stealing my daughters and my belongings and hiding them from us (what a prick huh)!!! He won't even discuss who gets what on the judgement so keep your fingers crossed that when we go to court that 1. He doesn't show up cuz I don't want to end up in jail trying to kick his ass, lol 2. The judge gives me the judgement as I want it for ex being an ass during the process. Oh yeah. Dumb butt has to pay for my healthcare for the rest of my life @ 350-400/month on top of my alimony because he told the judge I don't deserve it and he got his divorce in Louisiana 3 months before I would receive insurance for free without cost to him if he would have just let MI do there thing. But his Ho gave him an ultimatum to file by Oct 1 or he's out. So he ended up telling the judge that he won't drop the LA divorce so I could have my insurance. I think he thought my lawyer was joking when he said to the judge that he will have to pay the 400 a month for me to be covered, ha ha ha. Why do some people have to be do dumb??? Gen :-) 12/15/12

Gallbladder pain tonight. Ugh I hate it. Still have (sorry for this) diarrhea x 2 days. It's horrible. Any ideas for that other than Imodium AD. Everything I eat is running through me. I'm sorry all. Gen :-) 12/15/12

I seem to be able to eat only 2 oz of meat and then I'm full. I am really curious as to, is this the norm? How much meat can you all eat before full. It doesn't leave room for anything else. Gen :-) 12/15/12

I haven't touch a carb other than what's in the fruit. I keep going low on potassium do Dr said to eat a banana a day. I read that tomatoes are good for potassium as well, so I think I'll start eating the instead. Bananas are so high in carbs, I never realized it. I think I know why at a stall. I think I'm deficient in a couple vitamins. Calcium for one. So I started eating yogurt again. I still eat the cheese sticks and can't see getting tired of eating them. I do get milk w my Special K Protein in the morn. Then I make a shake and leave for work. Half hour later I drink my shake or If I go to work out, I save the shake for after. I do have to say though earlier I ate a maraschino cherry and 3 hours later I had cramping in my tummy and I think my system was flushed completely out from it. Never want that to happen again. I use Syntrax nectar Fuzzy Navel , yum! I also ordered the roadside lemonade to try out. I hope it's good. I get it tomorrow. Good to hear about the strawberry kiwi cuz I've been eyeballing that one too :-) I order on Amazon. Most of the time if you have to order something else, 49 dollars and over is free shipping.
