Worthless might be putting it nicely. He's a cheater, liar, and abandoned our daughter for his Ho. It's ok he's going to the cleaners. I am cleaning him out. I just pray to god that there is a good guy left on the earth the lives in same general area as me. Gen :-) -

Ugh, some people are clueless. I've had several family members who have actually had the surgery. The first was 15 yrs ago. She kept all the weight off, hasn't had issues, and it saved her life!!! So my family obviously have the genetics, and all are supportive. I just had the surgery a week ago. Only a couple people outside of my family knows I've had it. I feel it's none of their biz. But if asked I'll offer up how, no guilt only proud that I am bettering my life to make myself healthy. Gen :-) -

It's on my list and was given it in hospital too. SF pudding is also on the list. Gen :-) -
I literally sat my iPhone timer to 3 minutes and would take a sip every 3 minutes. The 15 min. Would be less of a pain in the butt but I forget whom I got the 3 min method from but it worked for me. I used the 3 min method for 2 days and it set me on the course to getting the Proteins and liquids in for the day. I am week post op, 12/15/12 and today I will get all my liquids and all my Protein in, yippee! First time. I definitely agree with mixing your own shakes and use Water. I'm down 13lbs since surgery. Gen :-)

I'm post op a week now. Had surgery on 12/15/12. I haven't been on the pain meds since coming home. I do feel good and a little week at times. Lost 13lbs in this last week since surgery and am sipping away, getting my Water in and now able to get all the Protein in. I have pain by the incision by my belly button, however that is it. I've noticed since I'm getting more protein the weight loss has went up to about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs a day (for now). Gen :-)

Crystal light packets any flavor u like. I like the pomegranate lemonade the best. Sugar free Popsicles, sugar fee jello n sf pudding. I recommend unjury's unflavored protein and adds protein to water, or other foods u add it too. It is great w crystal light. Cream of chicken, mushroom, etc soup to be strained of large particle before eaten. Non fat dry milk (found in baking isle) will add more protein to anything you add milk to. Chicken broth, beef broth, vegetable broth. I used the chicken not the beef or veggie. In the broth i used a pinch of Celtic sea salt and the broth is yummy. You can also use Campbell's chicken noodle soup, strain the noodles and give them to your child if you have one, add water and yummy. Www.unjury.com or amazon.com -- very fast shipping. Gen :-)
