I ate a unwich from jimmy johns. Got the bootlegger. Only 191 cals. Could only eat half of it. Its so neat. The meat and cheese is wrapped in lettuce. No bread or tortillia. Awesome -

It may help with stomach pains but if you don't get the calories and protein you need you will be very fatigued. -
