I made salsbury steak out of frozen turkey patties and fat free gravy. I added sauteed onions and mushrooms. I mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes and cooked string beans. Low fat low cal meal for the whole family. They still don't know they ate cauliflower. -

My relationship has changed. My husband is a big eater and that was one thing we did together. Now I am dedicated to losing this weight and he is supportive. He just keep saying I hope you don't get skinny and leave me. I think he enjoys the sex more because its a lot easier and we can do things I couldn't do before. I had surg Dec 5 and have lost 47 pounds. Hope this isn't to much info...lol -

Don't do it. I promise you will regret it. Dumping isn't fun. I would suggest you weigh twice a week and keep up with your fluid intake annd output. You may be losing actual weight but retaining water. Also watch your sodium. -
