Thank u so much. Because without this forum I would be lost. I don't tell many people my business at all. And so far you are right. Today I took the medicine but took a brief nap. Not like the other days when I practically slept standing up lol and falling a sleep in the bathroom I've been Drinking and doing my broths, not really up to eating purreed things except mash potatoes -

I think they will expire. Saying that because I had my heart checked the end of last year for other reasons, and I wanted to use that test, and they said NO because it wasn't with in the time period if when they started this process -

I had to do the weight for 6 months. Showing that I was making an attempt to lose on my own. But luckily before I started the whole process I was already going to my regular doct where I had six consecutive months of weight. Check that out first -

Thank u, because it was anxiety. Everytime I tried to sleep I felt like u couldn't breath. I'm doing better today than I was before. Im just glad that I found this forum. It helps with my anxiety to no someone else has been through this and they r okay. I'm moving around a lot better, just trying to remember to eat something because the pain meds put me straight to sleep -

I am. It's better because my nutritionist said that I can have a cup of veggies and fish/ chicken/ salmon only 4 ounces for dinner... So I really don't be that hungry. I'm trying to drink the shakes by unjury so far I've only had the chocolate one it was good. I didn't care for the chicken Soup. Maybe I made it to hot

I don't feel the need to tell anyone.... Except u all lol. Only because people r so judgmental and I don't have time for that mess. Also because I no they will start telling me all the reasons as to y I shouldn't do it. Like someone said, once u start losing the weight and they ask how, I will say I started watching what I was eating and exercise, because that would be the truth. -

Can someone tell me what liquids they have done. I c that some say clear liquids but others say just liquids.... Also I was told that u could eat one meal a day as long as its not greasy. Help me out guys who have already been through this liquid diet
