That's sad. Maybe he had his own insecurities -
Guys I was scared to eat it or anything else for that matter. I ordered the crab cake but I barely ate it. But on a good note everyone said to me did I lose weight lol. I said a little I can't tell like that on myself but I guess with them I did... All smiles over here

I wouldn't worry about a nutritionist. Basically you can get all the advice you need from people like us who are going through the same as you.

I mixed half Water and half of any juice to do something different because I was tired of crystal light too. Plus I got an unsweetened peach flavored ice tea from dunkin donuts.. It was so refreshing

This sucks. Sometimes the drink r too cold for my teeth -
I started to feel like that after surgery. And I ended up having bronchitis. There are so many people with germs so you never really know.

I'm scared to eat them now because every since I had some salmon.. And it was soft it got stuck and hurt like hell until I threw up... I love seafood but don't know when I'm trying that again
